• Through this scheme, residential units of at least 16 flats will be constructed in a block of g+3 buildings which will be on government land and local land.
• 1 bhk flats will be built in 35.15 square meter area for low-income people and 2 bhk flats will be built in 50.96 square meter area for middle-income people.
• The total price of this house will be decided according to its construction, interior, cleanliness, plumbing, wiring, etc.
• While calculating the total cost of the house, the cost of land will not be included because it has been given as a subsidy by the government.
• The cost of construction may vary depending on the location and amount of land available.

Nijashree Housing Scheme Terms & Conditions(निजश्री हाउसिंग योजना की कुछ शर्ते)

• The applicant should be a resident of the same district in which the scheme is being started.
• A person can apply for only one flat and cannot apply for another flat in any other city.
• Maximum 2 applicants i.e. husband and wife can join this scheme.
• Beneficiaries for the scheme will be selected through lottery and if there are more applicants than flats, a waiting list will also be issued.
• Only 20% applicants of for total flats will be included in the waiting list.
• The amount to apply for 1 bhk flat is Rs 2500 and the amount to apply for 2 bhk flat is Rs 5000 but if you do not get the flat then this amount will be refunded.
• No processing fee will be charged under the scheme.
• The installment payment will be directly deposited into the escrow account by the beneficiary.
• All the work of the scheme will be done only when the booking of 80% of the flats is completed and if not, then the money will be returned to the applicants within 30 days and the scheme will be called amateur.
• If the applicant gives any wrong or false information, his application will be canceled.
• If the applicant fails to deposit any installment within the given time limit, then interest at the annual rate of 8% will also be charged.
• If the applicant fails to pay the installment for a maximum of 6 months, his application can be canceled by the District Collector.
• If the applicant surrenders the flat after the first and second installments, the entire amount will be returned to him after deducting 5% of the payment, but you cannot surrender the flat after the payment of the third installment.
