Su-Swasth Yojana is an employee healthcare scheme launched by the government of Waha in 2021 by the division government. This scheme has been launched by the Chief Minister of the state Shri Prem Singh Tamang. Under the scheme, Government employees of Block Government and their top supporting families are getting their treatment and admission done by the stakeholders across India at several cashless convenience centers.

In the first phase of the scheme, which was launched in April 2021, the objective of the scheme is to provide health services to Sikkim Government employees and insurance cover of up to Rs 10 lakh to their dependent members of the family up to a maximum of 5 dependents. It is a cashless scheme launched by the Government of Sikkim for its employees through an innovative, caring, and quality-centric platform. Some of the benefits of the scheme, introduced in the country for any public (and in some cases private) health schemes:

The plan has the lowest employee contribution among all the state-run or private-run employee health plans or private plans. Treatments like IVF, trauma care, and critical illness cover cancer, etc. are covered from day one.

Under the scheme, only a maximum of 5 members of a family can avail of the benefit of the scheme which can be the wife or husband of the employee, brother, sister, children, and parents of both the husband or wife.
