Mullur Ramamirtham Ammayer Higher Education Assurance Scheme titled Pudhumai Penn has been launched by Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin in the presence of Delhi Chief Minister Shri Arvind Kejriwal. Arvind Kejriwal ji inaugurated 26 schools of excellence and 15 model schools. Pudhumai Penn Scheme Details(पुधुमई पेन्न योजना के तथ्य)

• 26 excellent schools and 15 model schools were also inaugurated with this scheme.
• By starting the Pudhumai scheme, the entire state government will benefit and the eyes of the entire country will be fixed on this scheme.
• Under the scheme, the Tamil Nadu government will provide a savings bank account debit card to the beneficiaries in the southern districts so that they can easily withdraw the benefit amount.
• Under the scheme, this incentive amount will be given to the girl child by any recognized college/institution.

• Under the scheme, all girl students studying from class 6 to class 12 in government schools will be paid Rs 1000 every month to pursue graduation degree, diploma, and ITI.
• Under the scheme, 6 lakh girls are to be benefited every year and under this, Rs 698 crore has been allocated in the budget.
• Rs 25 crore will be allocated to Bharati Mahila College for the construction of new classrooms and the development of infrastructure.
• About 6 lakh girl students in Tamil Nadu will benefit from this scheme.

• The applicant must be a native of Tamil Nadu state.
• Only girl students from classes 6 to 12 can apply.
• Girl students availing of other scholarships under the scheme will also be eligible for this scheme.
• Only female students or female students will get the benefit of the scheme.
• Girl students studying in engineering and other PG programs are also eligible.

Pudhumai Penn Scheme Apply Online(पुधुमई पेन्न योजना में आवेदन कैसे करें)

• For this, first of all, you have to go to the official website of the scheme from the given link.
• Then you have to log in by Institute/college.

• Then after login, you will have to register.
• Here you have to register by filling email ID, mobile number, district, address, pincode, and institute type.

• Then you have to click on Know your EMIS number.
• Then you have to fill in your name, date of birth, district, block, Aadhaar number, and name of your previous school and click on the Search button.

• With this, you will know your EMIS number, which you will have to fill in and now click on the Fetch the Student Details button.

• Now you will see the student’s information like name, parents’ name, gender, date of birth, religion, parents’ mobile number, etc.
• Then you have to click on the Yes button to confirm
• Then you have to fill in your Aadhar card number and click on the eKYC Validation button.
• This will send an OTP to your Aadhaar registered mobile number which you will have to fill here and click on the Submit button.

• Then you will have to verify the information of your Aadhar card, in which you will get your name, date of birth, gender, and photo.
• Here again, you have to click on Yes.
• Then you have to verify your bank by clicking on the bank validation button. For this, your bank account should be linked to your Aadhar card.

• Now you have to give information about your course.
• Here you have to fill in your mobile number, email, degree, subject, year of admission, academic year, etc., and click on the Yes button.

• Then you will have to give information about your school.
• In this, you will have to fill in your school name, district, year, etc. in every class and then click on the Yes button.

• Then you have to click on the check box and click on the Submit Application button.
